There are certain conditions associated with return/refund.
• Damaged, if the bottle or the container is damaged in a way that the product is spilling out of it.
• Wrong Product, if the delivered item is not the one you ordered.
• Expired Product, if the delivered item is expired.
• Missing a Product, if you have ordered a set of products and anything is missing in the delivered products.
If the delivered products satisfy any of the above mentioned conditions, you will have 48 hours to notify/contact us after the product being delivered. Our team will analyze the claim before initiating return/refund process.
